Establish on-going relationships with the business managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needs.
Handle the recruitment process, including initial assessments, interviews.
Develop a resume data bank and ensure its periodic updating.
Ensure right candidate is hired for right job.
Take care of Compensation fitment for the selected candidate.
Ensure proper pre joining formalities are handled as per company policy.
Adhere to the company process and policy in regards to the Recruitment.
