The receptionist is responsible for the activities of the reception as well as for the cleanliness of the reception area
Physically welcome outsiders as well as people form the organization.
Advise and assist.
Orient and put in contact.
Receive, collect and transfer objects as well as messages.
Ask to be patient.
Identify, control and register.
Take care of the allocated reception space.
Assure a logistic permanence (reception of objects, Mail room etc.).
Setting up of reports with all visitors data coming from the software used for In - out, for controlling, transparency and information purposes.
Maintain the reception area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition following all prescribed regulations.
Know current Safety Regulations.
Respond to emergency call-in situations.
Cooperate with members of the department and facility on all emergency conditions regarding internal customers, visitor and staff safety.
Management of meeting rooms
Perform duties whenever required to maintain a perfect satisfaction of the Guest & Management.
Be creativity and show ingenuity to improve utility, productivity and cost control.
Be able to listen and be attentive.
Be able to stay objective vis--vis its personality and the organization.
Give the image of a friendly and concerned person.
Be fluent in English and Hindi
