Roles and Responsibilities :

Regular client servicing as part of supporting business development function
Ensuring that collateral, deliverables and process are executed in committed timelines.
R&T (Registrar and Transfers) management / coordinating with sales, Fund management and operations and follow up processes with multiple investors.
Coordinating and ensuring compliance of client documents solution and adhering to regulations.

Primary Responsibility :

Meeting sales targets through aggressive customer retention, client servicing and relationship building initiatives.
Investor servicing through support functions. Oversee / Manage and ensure high levels of Investor servicing by providing the timely support to the front end team
Distributor servicing through support functions. Oversee / Manage and ensure high levels of distributor serving (Response to Queries and Complaints)
Track market intelligence and competitors activities.
Identifying areas for improving Service delivery and working with the service organisations to deliver these changes in line with AMCs business objectives
Servicing all distributor queries.
Explaining AMCs products and procedures clearly and simply
Keeping management and the sales team informed of any pertinent information
Supporting the sales team in gathering / increasing assets through proactive support of sales and marketing campaigns
Improve customer / distributor satisfaction by regular communication / coordination understanding customers / distributors need/ expectation and meeting those.
Implement / streamlined systems and processes. Being pro-active in order to minimize service crises.
Will ensure logging of all interactions in the CRM module and ensure their closure
Manage / coordinate and build relationship with Organization / enterprise wide business processes / team, and with PAN India Customer Solution / Service team.
Ensure all the compliance, audit, best practices policies are followed as defined
Resources, Preformation and time management with Contingency planning.
Overseeing and handling the resolution of any problems that might arise by liaising effectively with other departments,.
Manage the day to day planning, operation and problem solving of a sales team to meet with the required service level components
Manage / coordinate and build relationship with Organization / enterprise wide business processes / team, and with PAN India Customer Solution / Service team.

Liases with :

Internal customers ( OPS ,Sales , Unit Admin, Dispatch and Compliance)
External customers ( Investors, Walk ins etc)
Handle Channel Partners-Transactions and Co-ordination.
Ensure all the compliance, audit, best practices policies and followed as defined for documentation and Customer Care in the region
Meet all the KPIs / Objectives of Documentation and Customer Care team in the region.
Re-engineer / Automate / standardize known international process and policies in line with India standard process guideline
Develop / Introduce talents in the team to take up larger / bigger role in near future.
Compliance and audit policy fulfillment for Customer Care and documentation.
Skill Set :
Problem Solving, Conflict Management, Motivation, interpersonal and persuasive skills, sound knowledge of numbers and eye for detail. Candidate must have good knowledge of Mutual Fund and must possess strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Sound understanding of customer relationship management. Teambuilding, Leadership.
